• रुद्राक्ष को सत्यापन करने लिए रुद्राक्ष के साथ दिए गये सर्टिफिकेट की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट में जाकर सर्टिफिकेट नंबर डालकर चेक कर सकते हैं। To verify the Rudraksha, you can check the certificate provided with the Rudraksha by visiting the official website and entering the certificate number.
• प्रिय ग्राहक, पार्सल भेजने से पहले, आपके द्वारा ऑर्डर किए गए रुद्राक्ष/ अन्य आइटमों की फोटो एसएमएस द्वारा आपके व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर भेज दी जाएगी। Dear Customer, Before we dispatch the parcel, the photo of the Rudraksha / Other Items ordered by you will be sent to your WhatsApp number by sending an SMS.
• पार्सल प्राप्त होने पर, इसके बाद पार्सल भेजने से पहले भेजे गए फोटो को प्राप्त पार्सल से मिला लें। Upon receipt of parcel, After this, before sending the parcel, compare the sent photo with the received parcel.

• इससे यह पुष्टि हो जाएगी कि आपको हमारे द्वारा भेजा गया मूल पार्सल प्राप्त हुआ है या नहीं। This will confirm whether you have received the original parcel sent by us or not.
• पार्सल खोलें और जांच लें कि आपको ऑर्डर किया गया सामान प्राप्त हुआ है या नहीं। प्राप्त वस्तु की फोटो को व्हाट्सएप पर भेजी गई फोटो से भी मिला लें। Open the parcel and check if you have received the ordered item. Also compare the photo of the item received with the photo sent on WhatsApp.
• इसके बाद, प्राप्त सामान की फोटो हमारे ग्राहक के व्हाट्सएप नंबर (+91-7821278500) पर भेजें। After this, send the photo of the received item to our customer’s WhatsApp number (+91-7821278500).
• नोट: आप हमारे व्हाट्सएप नंबर (+91-7821278500) पर वीडियो कॉल करके भी प्राप्त पार्सल खोल सकते हैं। Note: You can also open the received parcel by making a video call on our WhatsApp number (+91-7821278500).

Refunds

1. क्या रुद्राक्ष वापस किया जा सकता है? कृपया ध्यान दें कि रुद्राक्ष एक अत्यधिक ऊर्जावान और पवित्र ताबीज है जो पहनने वाले के शरीर को छूते ही तुरंत उसकी ऊर्जा के साथ समन्वयित हो जाता है; इसलिए हम इसे अन्य लोगों को नहीं बेच सकते। Is Rudraksha Returnable? 5. यदि दोषपूर्ण या क्षतिग्रस्त सामान प्राप्त होता है, तो विनिमय शर्तें लागू होंगी। If faulty or damaged goods are received, exchange terms will apply.
6. यदि आपको रुद्राक्ष नकली लगता है तो हम उसे तभी वापस लेंगे जब आप किसी सरकारी प्रयोगशाला द्वारा अनुमोदित प्रयोगशाला प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करेंगे। If you find the Rudraksha to be fake, we will take it back only if you produce a laboratory certificate approved by a government laboratory.

Late or missing refunds

• अगर आपको अभी तक रिफ़ंड नहीं मिला है, तो पहले अपना बैंक खाता दोबारा जाँच लें। If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• फिर अपनी क्रेडिट कार्ड कंपनी से संपर्क करें। आपका रिफ़ंड आधिकारिक तौर पर पोस्ट होने में कुछ समय लग सकता है। Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• इसके बाद अपने बैंक से संपर्क करें। रिफ़ंड पोस्ट होने में अक्सर कुछ प्रोसेसिंग समय लगता है। Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• अगर आपने यह सब करने के बाद भी अपना रिफ़ंड नहीं पाया है, तो कृपया हमसे कॉल पर संपर्क करें। If you haven’t received your refund after doing all of this, please contact us by call.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

हम केवल खराब या क्षतिग्रस्त वस्तुओं को ही बदलते हैं। अगर आपको उसी वस्तु के बदले एक्सचेंज की आवश्यकता है, तो हमें व्हाट्सएप पर एक एसएमएस भेजें और अपनी वस्तु हमारे पते पर भेज दें। We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an SMS on WhatsApp and send your item to our address.

Shipping returns

1. आप ऊपर बताए गए कारणों से पार्सल वापस कर सकते हैं। You can return the parcel for the reasons mentioned above.
2. इसके लिए आपको पार्सल प्राप्त होने के 48 घंटे के भीतर अपने नजदीकी डाकघर में जाकर उसे नीचे दिए गए पते पर स्पीड पोस्ट करवाना होगा। नोट: यदि यह सार्वजनिक अवकाश या रविवार है तो यह शर्त लागू नहीं होगी। For this, you will have to go to your nearest post office within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and get it speed posted to the address given below. Note: This condition will not apply if it is a public holiday or Sunday.
3. इसके बाद प्राप्त रसीद हमारे ग्राहक के व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर भेजें। After this send the received receipt to our customer’s WhatsApp number.
4. पार्सल भेजने के लिए लिया गया पैसा रसीद प्राप्ति पर वापस कर दिया जाएगा। The money charged for sending the parcel will be refunded upon receipt.
5. इसके बाद, पार्सल प्राप्त होते ही आपका पैसा तुरंत भेज दिया जायेगा। Your money will then be sent immediately upon receipt of the parcel.

Cancellation Policy
